In the beginning...

I've recently developed a passion for nail art.  I've attempted a few different techniques with varying levels of difficulty.  Some worked, some bombed.  The charter of this blog is to evaluate some of the nail art tutorials or techniques by a novice with marginally better than average artistic skills.  This should be fun...
